MBAPL is one of the quality Single Super Phosphate (SSP) fertilizer manufacturers of India in private sector. Present installed capacity of SSP is 60000 TPY (200 TPD) having licensed capacity is 120000 TPY. Further the New Projects at of BRP ( having licensed capacity is 99000 TPY),SSP ( having licensed capacity is 120000 TPY), GSSP ( having licensed capacity is 90000 TPY) and Sulphuric Acid ( having licensed capacity is 49500 TPY ) are underway at its new Second Unit (MBAPL-II) at vill. Sorai, Dist. Sagar. M.P. to make it as a integrated State of art Unit of Mineral Benificiation Plant comprising of BRP, SSP, GSSP and ancilliary Plant of Sulphuric Acid.
The company is working on projects to commence production of Beneficiated Rock Phosphate (BRP) during the financial Year 2011-12.
Commercial production of BRP is an important milestone in the fast growth history of company which is aimed to make its fertilizer unit self sufficient in terms of major raw material input. Production of rock phosphate concentrate is an important achievement for the company as India heavily depends on the imports which render this material quite vulnerable to large fluctuations in quality and prices.
